Checking-In at the Hubble House

Check-In procedure

We have contact-free self-check in procedure using smart door technology with personalized door code. If you have any trouble accessing the property upon arrival, contact the property manager at 518-879-4552 immediately. We can open the door remotely. Otherwise, we’ll be right over to let you in.

Arrival

Your arrival Time for check in is after 4 PM unless you have made other arrangements with us!

Parking

You can park at least 4 vehicles in front of the house.

Trailers and larger boats should be parked at the nearby parking area located next to the I87 on ramp.

Smart Locks

24 hours before your arrival we will provide you a unique 4 digit lock code. For your security only share this code with your other guest staying with you!

Security System

If you choose to use the RING security system, use your assigned door lock code to arm & disarm system. The exterior of the building is monitored with Security Cameras

Lighting

Exterior lights are automatic timer activated from dusk to dawn

Just a few things before you go

Dishes

Please place all your soiled dishes and glassware in the dishwasher before you leave.

Lights & Thermostats

Set all AC thermostats to 74 and make sure all lights are turned off.

Stove & Appliances

Please make sure all burners on the stove and oven are off.

Garbage

Please place your Garbage & Recyclables into the bins located next to the garage.

Used Food

Please make sure to empty and dispose of used foods items in fridge.

Windows & Doors

Please make sure all the windows and doors are shut and locked when you leave
