Vacationing at the Hubble House Vacation Rental

1. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the Hubble House.
2. To meet safety and legal requirements, all Guests staying at the Hubble House must be listed with name and age! 
3. Guests and visitors are allowed with proper notification!

1. Occupancy is limited to the # of registered guests you indicated with your reservation.
2. If you wish to have additional guests stay, please contact us to make arrangements!
3. Rates will be adjusted accordingly. 

• CHECK-IN TIME AFTER 4:00 PM
• CHECK-OUT TIME AT 11:00 AM

Parking in front of House for up to 4 vehicles

Trailers can be parked a few hundred yards away in the Parking area next to I-87 on-Ramp.

We want our guests to enjoy all aspects and the spacious amenities of our property responsibly. Loud or Large Parties with outside visitors are not permitted.

•NO illegal drugs or underage drinking on the property.

•Quiet hours are between 10pm-6am per Town Ordinance.

•No use of firearms, BB guns, pellet guns, paintball guns allowed on the property.

•No fireworks allowed on the property.

•No taping or pinning on walls or use of confetti.

Our House is a smoke free zone, smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere inside. Please smoke only outside & the patio and extinguish & dispose of any butts safely.

We are pet friendly, if you wish to bring your family pet, a pet fee will be charged to accommodate additional cleaning & maintenance required!

We do not permit the burning of garbage, plastics, paper, or anything other than proper firewood

Use common sense when it comes to fire. Bigger is not always better!

•CALL 911 immediately in the event of a fire emergency

•The use of Gasoline or volatile/flammable liquids is strictly forbidden!

•We do not allow minors to use the firepit!

•For your Safety, a fire should only be loaded with the long handle Wood Grabber which is provided!

•All fires must be extinguished when you leave the area!

NEVER cook over the gas fireplace, as it will damage the apparatus and will need to be replaced at your expense.

•In case of an emergency please know that FIRE EXTINGUISHERS are located:

1) UNDER THE KICHEN SINK 

2) MOUNTED ON THE DECK RAILING. THE HOSE IS LOCATED ON THE DECK RAILING!
