Here's our "How To" guide.....

The walkway is located next to the garage between the buildings, the safety lighting turns on automatically from dusk to dawn.

You are welcome to use any of the wood provided in the wood storage rack, additional wood can be purchased at nearby locations. The bench seat has a compartment under it and contains some kindling and fire starting supplies, please return the lighter when done! You must extinguish the fire completely before leaving the area!

Please fill the provided water pail when you place your pet in the kennel. Please clean up after your pet, we provide doggy bags and a hose to be used as needed.

To operate.........

1st turn the valve on the top of propane tank (located inside the pit/table) counter clockwise to turn on gas

2nd turn the large red timer/safety dial to desired burn time to activate gas flow.

3rd follow lighting instructions on the inside of fuel storage door (Gas automatically stops if timer runs out!)

NO cooking on fire pit ever!

Chair Cushions for all the chairs and benches are located in the storage bin on the deck.  Please return them to the bin at the end of your stay, unless they got wet!

You can use the firepit as a table with or without the fire going, just leave the burner covered.

To operate....

Remove the covers!.

The Deck Lights are turned on with the switch on the left side of the sliding door

The awning is motorized & should not be used during strong wind or heavy rain conditions! The awning will retract automatically if the safety sensor detects heavy wind!

The awning must be retracted after use to prevent damage!

The awning is motorized and the remote controller to operate it is hanging next to the light switch

To operate......

1st push the MY button

2nd push the up or down arrow to extend or retract the awning as desired

The refrigerator has tons of storage with efficient multi zone cooling. The freezer is spacious and has an automatic Ice maker built in.

The Microwave has an outside vented hood fan built in, the controls are located on the lower front side. Please turn on the hood fan whenever you are cooking on the stove or with the oven!

When using the washing machine, please use the provided laundry soap pods located in the laundry room cabinet

The Dishwasher will automatically open after cycle completion, please use the provided dishwasher soap pods located under the kitchen sink

Fully Automatic Coffee/Espresso Machine and a simple pour over coffee brewer your choice. We also provide beans, ground coffee, gourmet teas and sugar in the drawer below. The espresso machine may need to have the water reservoir or the bean hopper filled to operate.

For those that prefer a traditional coffee pot we have a pour over coffee machine ready to go in the pantry!

The propane BBQ Grill and flat top griddle are located on the deck, all the necessary grilling utensils and clean up supplies are provided. There is a fire extinguisher & a hose mounted on the railing

The Honeywell Digital Thermostat is located in the living room and controls the baseboard hydronic heat for the main floor.

The Honeywell Digital Thermostat is located under the TV in Bedroom 1 and controls the baseboard hydronic heat for Bedrooms 1 & 2

The Honeywell Digital Thermostat is located in the upstairs hall and controls the baseboard hydronic heat for Bedrooms 3 & 4

The Honeywell Digital Thermostat is located in the upstairs Master bath and controls the baseboard hydronic heat for both Bathrooms.

Air conditioning split into 2 zones, Living Room zone and Kitchen-Dining Room zone. The FUJITSU Digital thermostats are located in the Living Room and Dining Room on the wood plank wall. Settings include dehumidify/cool/heat for each. Raise or lower the temperature utilizing up/down buttons. Both thermostats must be in the same operating mode but temperature may be different.

The Honeywell Digital Thermostat is located in the upstairs hall in the wall and controls the Air conditioning for all Bedrooms and Bathrooms.

We have temperature sensors in all the bedrooms for the AC to balance all the rooms to the same temperature set by the thermostat in the hallway!

If you are to COLD, use the ceiling register in your bedroom to control the flow by turning the center knob

We Have High-speed Internet & Wifi throughout the house. WiFi network info

and password is located in the "Welcome Book" at the house. The motion emperature sensors around the house are not cameras they aree part of the automation & security system 

Every High-definition TV is controlled via Roku Remotes, free streaming any the included channels and apps. You can also sign into your own accounts to access your personal apps & subscriptions by choosing your check out date on the initial set up screen. YOU WILL AUTOMATICALY BE LOGGED OUT AFTER CHECK OUT.

The digital soundbar is located in the living room under the TV it is connected to the TV and will stream all your favorite music platforms via the TV Channels  or Apps.
